You answer that night, and it becomes the expectation. You wait until Monday, and it feels like you’re letting them down.
Those answers already exist. You’ve written them down somewhere. What your couples are missing is a place to look them up without asking you.
What your couples find on their own, day or night
Guests RSVP on the wedding website (no account needed): whether they’re coming, their meal choice, any allergies. Each reply goes into the guest list, which your couples can open whenever they like. So can you, on Monday morning.
You enter the quotes and what’s been paid. The budget works out what’s left to pay, category by category. When the question comes up on a Sunday night, your couples already have the number.
You invite the couple from their wedding’s card, and the email they get has your business name on it. On your list, each card shows “Couple connected” or “Invitation pending,” with a button to resend it.
Their entire wedding project: guests and RSVPs, budget, seating chart, day-of timeline, vendors. They can add to it, just like you.
Your other weddings, your templates, your subscription. No MyWedding price or offer is ever shown to them.
A project has no hidden section: anything you keep to yourself, like your margins or internal notes, stays out of it.

Your process
The couple’s first names are all you need. Your tasks come in with due dates counted back from the wedding date, along with your budget line items. The day-of timeline is ready for you to adjust. And you can import the guest list exactly as the couple sends it, in .xlsx or CSV format: entries like “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” or “The Miller family (4)” become guests grouped by household, and you review them before saving.
The wedding day
Meal choices, dietary needs and allergies, each guest’s seat: view the list by table or by key moment, print it or export it as a CSV, with a numbered seating chart for the kitchen.

Taxes included. 14-day free trial, no commitment. Payment is processed by Link (a Stripe service), which acts on behalf of MyWedding Planner and issues receipts and invoices. It appears on your statement as “LINK.COM* WEDDING PLAN”.

The two of us built MyWedding Pro in France. When you write to us, it’s one of us who answers.
Not to create your account or explore the sample wedding. We ask for it when you start your 14-day trial to create your own weddings. You won’t be charged during the trial: cancel before it ends from “Subscription and billing,” and you pay nothing.
No. You’re still the one they call. What changes: questions about numbers (how many RSVPs, what’s left to pay, who’s sitting where) get answered in their account, day or night. Your conversations stay focused on what matters: the decisions.
Their wedding’s card tells you whether they’ve signed in or the invitation is still pending, and you can resend it in one click. Even without them, their guests’ RSVPs on the wedding website fill in the guest list.
A spreadsheet gets updated by hand and passed around in several versions. Here, every guest RSVP lands in the list on its own, and your couples read the same version you do. You don’t have to move everything over: start with your next wedding.

No. Their access is included in your subscription, with no limit, and their app never asks them to buy anything.
They stay yours, viewable in read-only mode for you and your couples, and their guests can still RSVP on the wedding website. If you subscribe again, you pick up editing right where you left off.
Yes. Create templates for your tasks and budget line items, or save a project you’ve already built as a template. They’re offered on every new project.
Yes. Each wedding has its own language (English, Spanish, French, Italian, or German): the couple’s app, their emails, and their wedding website all follow it.
A CRM runs your business: quotes, contracts, invoicing. MyWedding Pro runs the wedding itself, with the couple. The two work together.
