Everything you need to know about who publishes this site, where it is hosted, and the legal framework that applies.
1. Publisher of the site
The site www.weddingplanner-app.com and the MyWedding Planner application are published by:

Payment:when payment is made through Stripe Managed Payments, it is processed by Link (shown as “Sold through Link, LLC”), a Stripe service that acts on behalf of the publisher above as the “merchant of record”: Link collects the payment, calculates and remits, in its own name, the applicable taxes, and issues receipts and invoices, in accordance with the terms of sale. The charge appears on your bank statement as “LINK.COM* WEDDING PLAN”. The publisher above remains the publisher of the site and the provider of the service.
2. Hosting
The application is hosted on the infrastructure of the following providers:

3. Intellectual property
All the content of the site and the application (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, the Marigold design system) is the exclusive property of EI Meidy BAFFOU, unless stated otherwise. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or use of all or part of the site, by any means, is prohibited and constitutes infringement, punishable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The content you publish in your event (guest names, photos, wedding website texts) remains entirely yours. You entrust us only with hosting it and delivering it to the recipients you choose.
4. Liability
The publisher does its best to keep the information published available and accurate. It cannot, however, be held liable for:
- service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical incidents, or the failure of a third-party provider (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, address or solar-data providers);
- content entered by users (guest lists, photos, wedding website texts), which remains entirely their responsibility;
- indirect damages (loss of business, loss of opportunity) arising from use of the service.
Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer. If something goes wrong, write to us at contact@makeitglobal-agency.com and we will look into it and get back to you quickly.
5. Hyperlinks
The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example our providers’ websites, or public resources such as the French Base Adresse Nationale). The publisher has no means of controlling the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, their availability, or the practices of their publishers.
6. Personal data

7. Mediation and governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. If a dispute arises, and after trying to settle it amicably, you can refer it free of charge to the competent consumer mediator. A list of approved mediators is available on the website of the French Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where that law gives them that right.
